Well I got my mail when I was leaving for work at night and this is what was in my mailbox, along with the card:
If you cant read that it says something like: This stamp is from 2007 which if I remember correct is 39c postage (something) 42c. This card will come back due to not enough postage. Thanks, Donna.
She also made a mark on the stamp, which I will show here:
So she drew a little circle around the stamp, I dont understand why she did that but, eh, what are you going to do. So in order to let her know that they are forever stamps I wrote her a note that I put inside the mailbox with the card, no change to the stamp:
You should be able to read what I wrote, but if you cant summary is, forever stamps last forever no matter the price, and if it wont be able to be sent because it was drawn on, just come knock on my door till I wake up and I will put another stamp on there.Other than that, I am starting a course at my job that will help me find a job after I get out, I was lucky to get it. So that is something that looks good in my life for right now. Cant say much else about it. Well I love and miss you all.

We have some forever stamps too. Ours actually say "Forever" on them.
We have some that are similar to yours, that we thought were the forever kind that probably aren't either.

Ok, the one I had was the forever stamp when I bought it, but then they changed it again and up'd the price of the forever stamp. With the issue of the Liberty Bell one.
So, did you get the card in the mail?
Yes I did, and hopefully it will go through, if not ill get it back and put another stamp on it.
